Bored cast-in-situ piles, pile caps, well foundations and sheet piling for bridges, flyovers, metro viaducts, industrial plants and heavy structures — executed with VRSIPL's own hydraulic piling rigs.
VRSIPL delivers turnkey Piling & Foundation Works EPC projects across India — providing engineering design, government tender compliance, specialized equipment fleets, and heavy civil construction adhering to IRC, MoRTH, and IS technical codes.

Discuss Your ProjectOur piling & foundation works division offers end-to-end solutions across the following areas.
A specialized six-phase approach tailored specifically for piling & foundation works — not a generic process.
Borehole logs, SPT values and rock levels checked against the structural design to fix pile diameter, depth and safe load per IS 2911.
Pile positions surveyed to tolerance, working platform prepared, hydraulic rotary rig and slurry plant mobilised from VRSIPL's own fleet.
Bore advanced to founding level with a top liner and bentonite or polymer slurry support; base cleaned, depth and verticality verified.
Pre-fabricated reinforcement cage lowered with cover blocks, then continuous tremie concreting from the base up, over-cast above cut-off.
Initial and routine load tests per IS 2911 (Part 4), low-strain integrity tests and cross-hole sonic logging where specified.
Piles chipped to cut-off, reinforcement bonded into the pile cap or raft, and as-built pile schedule with test records handed over.
What sets us apart from other contractors in this domain.
Own hydraulic rotary piling rigs — no dependence on rented equipment
Bored piles 0.6–2.0 m dia to 30 m+ depth, built to IS 2911
Every pile load- and integrity-tested before the structure proceeds
Single-point responsibility from pile to finished bridge, plant or building

VRSIPL executes bored cast-in-situ piles to IS 2911, pile caps and pile-group foundations, well foundations for river bridges, sheet piling and cut-off walls for hydraulic structures, and raft and pedestal foundations for heavy industrial equipment — as part of its bridge, flyover, railway, metro, industrial and power-plant EPC projects.
VRSIPL's bored cast-in-situ piling covers diameters from 0.6 m to 2.0 m and depths of 30 m and more, bored with hydraulic rotary piling rigs from the company's own equipment fleet. Pile diameter and depth are fixed by the structural design and the geotechnical investigation for each site.
Piles are verified before the substructure proceeds: initial and routine pile load tests per IS 2911 (Part 4), low-strain pile integrity tests on working piles, and cross-hole sonic logging where specified. Test records are handed over with the as-built pile schedule.
Pile foundations are used where surface soil cannot safely carry the load — bridges and flyovers, railway over-bridges, metro viaducts, river and marine-adjacent structures, high-rise and heavy buildings, industrial plants with heavy equipment, storage tanks, and power-plant structures such as turbine and boiler foundations.
Yes. Hydraulic rotary piling rigs are part of VRSIPL's owned plant and equipment fleet of 500+ machines, so piling is not dependent on rented rigs. This keeps foundation schedules under VRSIPL's control on time-bound government and industrial contracts.
When the same EPC contractor executes the piles and the piers, girders or plant structures on top, there is single-point responsibility for levels, pile positions and load transfer — avoiding the coordination gaps and disputes that arise when piling is let as a separate sub-contract.
