Bridge Construction Methodology

A specialized six-phase approach tailored specifically for flyovers, bridges & rob — not a generic process.

Geotechnical Investigation

Borehole logging, SPT/DCPT testing, rock coring, and seismic study for foundation design in river/urban terrain.

Deep Foundations

Bored cast-in-situ piles (1.0-1.5m dia, up to 30m depth), well foundations, or open foundations based on strata.

Substructure — Pier & Pier Cap

RCC pier construction with slip-form or conventional methods, pier cap casting, and bearing installation.

Superstructure — Girder Launch

PSC girder casting, curing, pre-stressing, and launching using launching girder or crane — or segmental erection.

Deck & Approach

Deck slab casting, wearing course, expansion joints, crash barriers, approach road embankment, and ramp construction.

Load Testing & Opening

Static and dynamic load testing, deflection measurement, structural health monitoring system, and CRS certification.
