Managing Director
With over four decades of entrepreneurial leadership, Mr. Meghji Sorathia is the visionary founder and Managing Director of VRSIPL. Having built the company from the ground up since 1982, he has steered it from a regional civil contractor into a nationally recognized EPC infrastructure organization. His deep understanding of government procurement, project execution, and relationship management has enabled the company to secure and deliver projects valued in excess of ₹2,000 crore across India. Under his strategic guidance, VRSIPL has expanded operations to 12+ states, achieving consistent year-on-year revenue growth and earning a reputation for quality delivery and financial discipline.

Mr. Ashok Bambhaniya is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 30 years of hands-on experience in large-scale road and infrastructure construction. As Director, he leads VRSIPL's technical operations, overseeing project planning, quality management, and engineering compliance across all active sites. His expertise spans highway engineering, earthwork, rigid and flexible pavement design, and structural construction. He has been instrumental in delivering several marquee projects for MPRDC, MP PWD, and Smart City authorities, and has played a key role in establishing and maintaining the company's ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification.

Mr. Mahesh Sorathia serves as Director with oversight of VRSIPL's plant and machinery operations, site safety management, and security frameworks. His extensive experience in managing heavy construction equipment — including paving machines, compactors, batching plants, motor graders, and excavators — ensures that every project site operates at peak efficiency and productivity. He has built robust preventive maintenance systems and equipment utilization protocols that have significantly reduced project downtime. His leadership in safety management has been central to the company's ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety certification and its strong track record of incident-free project delivery.

Mr. Chandresh Sorathia, widely known as Ravi, has been a key member of VRSIPL's leadership since 2004. With over two decades of experience, he has overseen the execution of numerous high-value infrastructure projects for government clients including MPRDC, MP PWD, Bhagalpur Smart City, and NWR. His core strengths lie in site project management, building high-performing cross-functional teams, and forging strong client relationships with state and central government departments. He plays a pivotal role in contract management, business development, and the company's geographic expansion into new states and sectors.
