Vokarta–Khetiya Road Widening

The Vokarta–Khetiya corridor traverses hilly terrain in Madhya Pradesh with steep gradients, unstable slopes, and narrow existing alignment. The project required complete widening and reconstruction without disrupting traffic on the only available route connecting the region.

VRSIPL executed large-scale earthworks with counter-fort retaining walls for slope stability, constructed multiple RCC minor bridges across seasonal streams, and laid rigid PQC pavement designed for heavy commercial traffic loads. Engineered embankments with proper compaction ensured long-term pavement performance on the hilly terrain.
