Complete greenfield industrial park development — 12 MLD water supply from Narmada River intake, 164 km HT electrical network, 1 MLD STP, PQC roads, and SCADA-monitored utility infrastructure.
Location
Dhamnod, District Dhar, MP
Client
MPIDC
Duration
48 months
MPIDC needed a fully operational industrial estate built from scratch on greenfield land at Dhamnod — requiring water supply sourced from the Narmada River (10 km away), complete electrical distribution at 33/11 KV, sewerage treatment, roads, and administrative infrastructure. The remote location meant every utility had to be independently designed and constructed.
VRSIPL delivered a complete turnkey industrial ecosystem: a 12 MLD intake well built directly in the Narmada River with a 125m approach bridge, a 12 MLD WTP with SCADA, a 20 million-litre underground sump, two RCC overhead reservoirs, 42+ km of DI pipeline, 164 km of HT electrical lines with four 33/11 KV substations, a 1 MLD STP, M-40 PQC roads, stormwater drainage, and administrative buildings — all delivered investor-ready.
