Sendhwa–Varla Road Reconstruction (105 km)

The 105 km corridor through Sendhwa's tribal region lacked all-weather road access. Repeated monsoon damage, poor sub-grade stability, and inadequate pavement design left communities isolated during the June–September rainy season. No patch repairs would suffice — the entire pavement structure needed reconstruction from ground up.

VRSIPL reconstructed the full 105.29 km from subgrade upward with a complete structural pavement: engineered embankment, GSB, WMM, DLC, DBM, and BC wearing course — plus PQC rigid sections on high-load segments. Multiple RCC minor bridges and box culverts replaced washed-out monsoon crossings. Road geometry was improved at curves and junctions to IRC standards.
