A structured 12-month program for fresh engineering graduates covering hands-on site experience, classroom training, and mentoring by senior engineers.

Management Trainee (MT)

For MBA graduates seeking a career in infrastructure management. Rotate across departments including projects, commercial, finance, and HR.

Summer Internship Program

8 to 12 week summer internships for pre-final year students. Work on real projects and gain industry exposure with a stipend and certification.

Our team visits campuses to share insights about VRSIPL, our projects, culture, and growth opportunities. An interactive session for students to learn and ask questions.

Online Assessment

An aptitude and technical assessment to evaluate problem-solving, domain knowledge, and engineering fundamentals. Conducted on campus or online.

Group Discussion

Shortlisted candidates participate in group discussions to assess communication skills, leadership potential, and teamwork abilities.

Personal Interview

Technical and HR interviews to assess depth of knowledge, cultural fit, career aspirations, and alignment with VRSIPL values.
